Is Chief Compliance and Legal Officer and part of the Executive Board for K2 Partnering Solutions, a global recruitment consultancy operating in 14 countries covering Latin America, North America, Asia and EMEA. K2 Partnering has over 300 employees worldwide.

Simo has an English Law qualification from South Africa as well as being a Certified Compliance Professional. He also has a Masters in International Taxation and Business Law.

Simo’s previous roles include Director of Risk and Compliance for EMEA with Allegis Inc. and Head of Legal and Compliance and International Operations Director with Aston Carter. Prior to these he also held senior manager roles with Adecco International and Harvey International.
