The Association of Recruitment Consultancies (ARC) is pleased to announce that Patricia Finn, Global Head of Legal, Compliance & Cash Management at Morgan McKinley has been appointed to the trade association’s committee.
Commenting on the announcement, Adrian Marlowe, ARC’s Chairman said, “Patricia brings more than 13 years’ experience of working for a major international recruitment firm and I look forward to her support in helping shape the policy of the association in what could be another challenging year for the recruitment sector.”
On being appointed to the ARC committee, Patricia Finn said: “The recruitment industry has changed considerably over the last number of years and more changes are now happing faster. However the fundamentals of recruitment of placing the right people in the right job and providing a quality service to both clients and candidates has endured. I see my Role as adding value to our Operations Teams by keeping them informed of changes in legislation which will impact their business and executing the strategy to deal with change.
Finn continues “I see ARC as a key support partner to me in providing information, advice, updates, seminars and lobbying government. I am delighted to join the ARC Committee and look forward to working with and learning from other committee members.”
Patricia is a qualified accountant with international experience across a number of different sectors including practice, construction and recruitment. She has worked in London, Perth and Sydney and is now based in Cork, Ireland with the international recruitment firm Morgan McKinley.
