At Buzz, we have been a highly regarded provider of Soft Services for over 15 years, established in 2005 providing temporary, permanent, and contracted staff to the NHS, Hospices, Schools, Private Households, Holiday Rental Serviced Apartments, and Hotels around London.

All our staff whether transferred or newly recruited, receive our Company Induction Training, which includes instructions on:
· Health and Safety at work
· Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
· The safe use of Cleaning Agents
· Completion of Time and Attendance Records
· Discipline and our Code of Conduct
· The Cleaning Specification and Customer Care

We make it our priority to ensure that all our staff are aware of their responsibilities for the delivery of service quality and customer care and pay attention to our clients to ensure that all needs are fulfilled to the highest standard and can also ensure continuity of service with replacement staff as and when needed.
We have a vetting system that is very thorough and able to filter through the candidates to select only those deemed the most suitable. As part of the process, we do DBS checks, request to view work permits, passports, proof of living address, as well as obtain references from past employers.

Triumph Consultants Ltd (TCL) is a long established supplier of temporary and contract personnel to the public sector, particularly local authorities, but also to the police and other emergency services as well as other bodies within the health and education sectors. We have more than 250 public sector clients to which we supply on a national (UK mainland) basis.

We have always supplied staff to large, public sector outsourcing businesses, but this has more recently also started to involve us with blue chip UK corporates who have been seeking temporary and contract resourcing in their own right. This is anticipated to be a major growth area for TCL, going forwards.

We provide temps and contractors across a very broad range of disciplines (and at all levels of seniority) with the notable exception of social care workers.

Our preferred means of working with our clients is via vendor neutrals and other managed service providers.

Triumph’s origins are within the parking services sector and whilst this is no longer a statistically significant part of our business as a whole, we retain a specialised staffing and project management capability within (as well as a sneaking affection for) this field. This is one of the few areas where we will, for practical considerations, work alongside rather than within vendor neutral structures.

We work very differently from the majority of temporary staffing agencies, avoiding, for example, the use of “database mining” techniques and preferring instead to work on each role with fresh candidates, each of whom is individually assessed on the basis of their skills and relevant experience. This approach is not without its challenges, but we believe it delivers consistently better results than more traditional methodologies.
