In his presentation, Jonny Gifford, Senior Advisor for Organisational Behaviour at the CIPD asks why the people profession is often the least likely business function to be involved in decision-making and implementation for these new technologies. In addition, Jonny will explore how AI is being used in recruitment/candidate selection process.
Choosing recruitment software – In his presentation Walter Lourens will provide an insight from somebody who has worked at all ends of the software spectrum.
