Randall continues, “We are delighted that Jonny Gifford will be exploring how AI and new technologies are being used in recruitment/candidate selection process. In addition, at a time when recruitment businesses are investing in new technology, Walter Lourens will explain what is available and what factors need to be considered before replacing or upgrading an existing CRM system.”
