This webinar will look at the key features of these contracts starting with client facing terms considering what must be looked out for. It will also run  through the types of candidate contract you may be required to use, be that with a PSC, umbrella or an agency worker individual asking how the agreement can best protect your business from liability (be that under legislation or contract).
