Lawspeed Seminar 2010

The recruitment law specialist Lawspeed has announced that it will be running a series of "hot topic" issues seminars and legal updates over the coming months. Issues to be covered include the Agency Workers Regulations, IR35, the MSC legislation, employment status and social networking.
Including a free legal surgery throughout the day, the first seminar will be held at the London Chamber of Commerce on 14th October. This will be followed by planned seminars in Manchester and Edinburgh.
Ravi Murphy, a Director of Lawspeed, said “this will be suitable for organisations that supply or use agency workers and contractors, and the idea is to provide a focus on critical relevant areas at a time when there is some uncertainty and anxiety as to the way forward. At the same time exchanging information through social media sites is rapidly becoming the norm, and new rules should be considered. This is a key risk area.”
