Jonathan Djanogly to speak at meeting on 3rd February 2010
Date: 22 Jan 2010
The Government has today, 22nd January 2010, published the final Agency Workers Regulations. To discuss these ARC is holding a breakfast presentation on 3rd February 2010 at which Jonathan Djanogly, Shadow Minister for Corporate Affairs, and Shadow Solicitor General will speak about Conservative policy.
Adrian Marlowe, Chairman of ARC, said “I am delighted that Jonathan is attending. In this election year, in which the focus must be on reclaiming business lost during the recession, our members very much would like to know the Conservative position. This will be a great opportunity for all present to gain some insight into one side of the party divide and get a handle on agency regulations under a Conservative government.”
There has been significant interest in the event with bookings taken from some 30 or so end user hirers as well as ARC members. This event is one of series of election related events planned for the first half of this year.
