Membership

ARC membership is open to recruitment consultancies of most types whether operating as employment businesses or agencies or otherwise.

Members comprise companies of various sizes, from large multi nationals to ambitious new starts, operating across various sectors and disciplines. All are SME’s (i.e. annual t/o of less than £500m) and have in common a desire to achieve success, to positively promote recruitment, and to gain access to a high value range of benefits and support services.

Since our launch in 2009 membership has grown to current levels representing a combined annual turnover of some £2bn.

Members work to a set of standards contained in our code of conduct targeted at quality and professionalism. All our members are determined to provide a first class service.
